Business Hours Update

Dear Friends,

First and foremost, we want to say THANK YOU! Thank you for entrusting us with you beloved family member’s care. You are a valued member of the Hill-Dale family, and we deeply appreciate our relationship with you and your pet.

As you may already know, the global pandemic has created the most challenging years the veterinary industry has endured. Long appointment wait time, clinics unable to see patients, and the shortage of emergency care has unfortunately become the new norm in our industry. The number of overstretched veterinary professionals leaving the field has surged due to fatigue and the need for a healthier work-life balance.

The shortage of DVMs and technicians combined with an unprecedented demand for veterinary care has led to incredible stress, not only for us in the veterinary field, but also for you, the pet parents who rely on us for quality medical care.

In pursuit of supporting and caring for the wellbeing of our team, we have decided to modify our business hours. December 17th will be the final Saturday that we will be open for appointments.

Alternatively, we will expand doctor hours during the week offering increased morning, lunchtime and after 5pm appointment availability. We will now be staffed with two doctors until 6pm every Monday evening. In addition, we will now also remain open until 6pm every Wednesday, for your convenience.

Beginning on December 19th, 2022, our adjusted hours will be:
Monday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 7:30am – 8:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

We too are pet parents and cherish the unwavering devotion that our faithful companions offer us daily. Our mission; to ensure that families are able to enjoy that loving relationship for as long as possible. Thank you for your understanding and recognizing that we want the best for your pet, while also taking care of our team.
